5. Do not cite more than two consecutive sentences without very good reason.

TOPIC (do all three parts of this: it is one question)

1. Give an analysis of the theory of liberty expressed in Justice O’Connor’s decision in Planned Parenthood vs Casey.

2. Analyze the differences and/or similarities between this theory and that expressed in Mill’s On Liberty.

3. Finally give some analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of each.
